Order processing

Orders placed before 12pm EST on a business day are typically picked, packed, and labeled within 24 hours. Orders placed in the evening, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is received, and a separate shipping email — with tracking — as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

Estimated transit times begin from the day the order ships, not the day it is placed. Carriers may experience occasional delays around major holidays — we'll proactively email you if there's an issue with your shipment.

Tracking your order

Every shipment includes a tracking link, sent to the email you used at checkout. If you don't see it within 3 business days of placing the order, check your spam folder, then email support@montravestore.com and we'll resend it.

Address changes & cancellations

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the shipping address or cancel the order at no charge — just email us with your order number and the change you need. Once the package is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package shows "delivered" but you can't find it, please wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages early) and check with your neighbors and front desk. If it still hasn't arrived, email us — we'll open a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement within 48 hours.

If your package arrives damaged, please email a photo of the box and contents to support@montravestore.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost, no return required.
