Processing time
Every Montravé case is quality-checked by hand before it ships. Monogrammed orders add 2–3 business days to production. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking the moment it leaves our warehouse.
White-glove delivery
Available on all orders over $2,000. A representative will call 24 hours before delivery to schedule a 2-hour window, hand-deliver the case, and walk you through setup and warranty activation. Request at checkout or email support@montrave.com.
Shipping to hotels and offices
No problem. Add the hotel or office name to the Company field at checkout and include your arrival date in the Notes field. We'll time delivery to match.
Tracking your order
Tracking links are emailed automatically. You can also track directly from your account page. Questions mid-transit? Email us with your order number — we respond within 24 hours, every day.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your case arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the case, email us within 48 hours, and we'll ship a replacement immediately. No forms, no arguments — it's on us.
