Free shipping across the contiguous United States, on every order, with no minimum.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or international destinations.
2. Shipping Cost
Free on every order, no minimum spend.
3. Order Processing
Orders placed before 12pm EST on a business day are typically picked, packed, and labeled within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as the carrier picks up your package.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time from the day the order ships:
- Standard (free): 5–7 business days within the contiguous U.S.
Carriers may experience occasional delays around major U.S. holidays. We proactively email you if there is an issue with your shipment.
5. Carriers & Tracking
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for final-mile delivery. Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to the email used at checkout. Allow up to 48 hours after shipping for tracking to begin updating in the carrier's system.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Package marked "delivered" but missing: please wait 24 hours (carriers occasionally mark early), check with neighbors and front desk, then email us. We will open a carrier claim and ship a replacement within 48 hours.
- Damaged on arrival: email a photo of the box and contents to support@montravestore.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the shipping address or cancel the order at no charge — just email us with your order number as soon as possible.
