Refund & Return Policy

At Montravé, we want you to love your bedding. If something isn't right, we make it right. Our return policy is simple, fair, and U.S. consumer-protection compliant.

1. 30-Day Comfort Guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason. If the set isn't right for you, send it back for a full refund of the product price.

2. Return Eligibility

For hygiene and quality reasons, returned bedding must be:

  • Unwashed — the set has not been laundered or treated with any chemical.
  • Unused — the set has not been placed on a bed or used for sleeping.
  • In its original sealed packaging — original retail bag with all tags intact.

We are unable to accept returns for sets that have been washed, slept on, or removed from their original packaging — this is consistent with industry standards for textile hygiene.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective (loose stitching, dye spot, fabric flaw), or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost and you do not need to return the original.

4. How to Start a Return

Email support@montravestore.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • (For damaged items) a photo of the issue

We will reply within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label for eligible returns within the contiguous U.S.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping (free).
  • Change-of-mind returns: a $9 flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the prepaid return label.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.

7. Exchanges

Want a different print or you ordered the wrong size? Email us — we'll process it as a refund + new order so you don't wait for us to receive the return before your new set ships.

8. Sale & Promotional Items

All non-clearance items are returnable under this policy. Final-sale or clearance items are clearly marked as such and are non-returnable.
